In 2023, Ms. Farmer became part of Middleburg Communities, taking on the position of Vice President of Marketing. Within this role, she oversees digital marketing, prospect acquisition, brand implementation, and provides marketing support to onsite teams.
Commencing her professional journey in 2012, Ms. Farmer initiated her career on-site as a Leasing Specialist. Swiftly advancing, she ascended through the ranks, undertaking the roles of Assistant and Community Manager. From 2018 onward, Ms. Farmer has occupied various corporate positions, including Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, and Senior Vice President, with a primary focus on marketing. Her enthusiasm lies in harnessing cutting-edge technology to craft enriched and memorable experiences for both internal and external customers.
