As Chief Technology Officer, Heath's overall responsibilities are technology operations and strategies for the company. His primary responsibilities include planning, implementing, managing, and constant improvement across the technology operations of the company.
Prior to joining Middleburg, Heath led technology efforts for American Natural, a community centered convenience firm. American Natural focuses on bringing better everyday eating and fueling to the communities it serves. In this role, Heath focused on successful integration of technology and the business, directing investment in, and adoption of, systems and infrastructure that benefited both business operations and the customer experience. These efforts spanned across the real-property lifecycle – from site selection, through development and construction, and into day-to-day operations. Beyond his technology role, Heath was instrumental in the early-stage formation, strategy, and execution at American Natural, working from day one alongside the founder & CEO.
Mr. Flowers earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from The University of Oklahoma, where he earned degrees in both Management Information Systems and Energy Management.
