In his role as PreConstruction Manager, Mr. Tyshing is responsible for assisting the Director of PreConstruction with budgeting and pricing from the conceptual level through design development documents. Responsibilities include site analysis, building systems estimating, quantitative analysis, cost trending, risk assessment and subcontractor relations.
Mr. Tyshing has over 6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate & Construction, with over 4 years of experience as a PreConstruction Manager focusing on multi-family and commercial construction. Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Tyshing spent 2 years at CoStar Group researching commercial properties in the Manhattan region. After CoStar, Mr. Tyshing joined a DMV based General Contractor, Coakley Williams Construction, as a PreConstruction Manager. At CWC, Mr. Tyshing focused his Preconstruction efforts on multi-family projects, often being the lead Preconstruction Manager on those pursuits. These projects include multi-family podium projects, multi-family wrap projects, senior living projects & affordable housing projects.
Mr. Tyshing graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
