Under the direction of the Controller, Grace is responsible for overseeing the periodic pre-development, development, and construction operational close cycles. This month-to-month process includes preparing and analyzing corporate, fund, and venture-specific forecasts, reconciliations, journal entries, and various cash flow analyses.
Prior to joining us, Grace was a project accountant at HITT Contracting for 2+ years in its technology sector and worked closely with her project managers for the construction of databases in the northern Virginia region. She took on job-cost accounting responsibilities, including analyses of profit forecasting and budgeting.
Grace completed her undergraduate studies in finance at George Mason University and is now pursuing her master’s degree in accounting.
