As Principal and Senior Vice President of Development, Mr. Papapieris is responsible for ensuring development projects throughout the Southeast are successfully executed from inception to completion. As a part of the development team he is heavily involved in managing the market analysis, acquisition, entitlement, underwriting, design, and construction management processes.
Mr. Papapieris has more than 12 years of development and commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Middleburg, he served as a Development Manager with McCall Capital specializing in Multi-Family and Hotel development, and as a Commercial Broker with NAI Earle Furman.
Mr. Papapieris graduated with Honors from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business with a double major in real estate and entrepreneurial business management.
