As Project Manager, Ivan is responsible for the day to day operations of the project. Specific responsibilities include defining and managing project goals, negotiating and executing subcontracts, scheduling, material acquisition, budget control, and managing staff.
Ivan has accrued over 20 years of experience in a multitude of construction fields. Ivan spent over 15 years in roadway and bridge construction, playing a major role in one of the largest roadway projects Miami had seen in 30 years. His experience expands to commercial renovations, that includes work done for Hyatt Resorts in Key West, and government and school board construction. Ivan has spent the last few years working in multi-family construction with Epoch Residential where he went on to construct several projects throughout Central Florida.
Ivan graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Construction Management.
