In her Role, Ms. Najera undertakes both strategic and administrative responsibilities, helping the company plan and execute important functions. In particular, Ms. Najera administers all employee benefit programs and processes company payroll. Ms. Najera assists the Director of HR in developing and executing personnel procedures, policies, and providing guidance and interpretation for our various business operations.
Before joining Middleburg, Ms. Najera worked 4 years in the hospitality sector. She worked for Marriott International as a Human Resources and Payroll professional for multiple Marriott hotels in the Northern Virginia region.
Ms. Najera graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
