As Estimator of Construction, Mr. Poole is responsible for reviewing plan development, creating project budgets and scopes of work, assessing subcontractor bids and supporting Project Managers with all site development for new multifamily projects.
Mr. Poole has 20 years of experience in the site construction industry within the Charlotte Metro area. He served as both estimator and project manager for several site contractors. His projects include healthcare, schools, multifamily, subdivisions and recreation.
Mr. Poole graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He served four years in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer.
