As the Managing Director of Development for the Mid-Atlantic region, Robin leads all development activity for Middleburg in the region. Her role will focus on the execution of existing projects as well as planning for strategic growth. She was previously Senior Vice President of Development for Hoffman & Associates, leading the 9.5-acre, 1M SF mixed-use West Falls development in Falls Church, VA, the residential and hotel components for Phase 2 of The Wharf as well as managing the development of new project opportunities in the D.C. metropolitan area and other key markets in North Carolina and across the East Coast. Robin brings over 18 years of industry experience in mixed-use and multi-family residential projects. Prior to joining Hoffman & Associates, she served as Senior Vice President and Director of Development for CAS Riegler Companies, where she entitled and developed over 700 residential condominiums and apartment buildings with ground floor retail in metro-accessible urban infill locations throughout the DC region including Alexandria. Prior to CAS, Robin was a Development Manager at EastBanc, where she managed the entitlement and development of over 1000 units of mixed-use luxury condo and multifamily projects. Robin graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute and NAIOP Northern Virginia.
