As Assistant Director of Preconstruction, Mr. Cruse is responsible for establishing conceptual budgets, identify underlying issues, site analysis, forecast material and labor issues, bidding, preparing estimates, subcontractor relations, and provide preconstruction services.
Mr. Cruse has worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years in which he has worked in both operations and preconstruction in the residential, commercial, hospitality, condominium, multifamily and healthcare markets.
Mr. Cruse graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Building Science.
