As Senior Project Manager of Construction Mr. Verdi is responsible for overseeing new multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include Subcontract execution, scheduling, quality control and staff management.
Mr. Verdi has over 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining Middleburg Construction, Mr. Verdi spent five years in Civil Engineering with Kimley-Horn and Associates, seven years in multiple roles with CBG Building Company, and five years as Director of Construction at Lennar Multifamily Builders. Mr. Verdi has experience with single-family, garden style, wrap, mid-rise podium, and high-rise concrete and composite floor system products.
Mr. Verdi is a graduate of Penn State University and currently holds a professional engineering license in Virginia.
