As Head of Development, Mr. Knapp is responsible for managing the development team to ensure the timely and effective execution of all development projects for the firm.
Mr. Knapp has more than 15 years of multifamily development and commercial real estate experience. During this tenure, he has been the lead developer on over 4,000 apartment units in the southeastern United States with a total value in excess of $625 million.
Mr. Knapp is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and has been a speaker at state events and the national conference focusing on multifamily real estate. Mr. Knapp has been recognized by Greenville Business Magazine’s Best and Brightest 35 and under.
Mr. Knapp is a graduate of The Citadel where he earned a degree in Business Administration with Honors. Additionally, he holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. He is also a licensed real estate broker-in-charge for South Carolina.
