This begins with the completion of the rental process phases and the consistent application of leasing policies and procedures. Ms. Funck is responsible for minimizing financial risk by auditing monthly financial transactions and implementing a consistent rent collection plan.
She brings over eight years of multifamily experience where she has gained expertise in managing Low-Rise and Garden Style properties. In her Role as a Community Manager at Southwood Realty and five years as an Assistant Community Manager at Greystar, Ms. Funck conducted inspections, file audits, managed tasks and personnel, controlled resident turnover, and minimized vacancy loss by enforcing standards and ensuring timely turn around. She is known for her dedication to effectively communicating and applying high-quality standards throughout her professional journey. She holds her NALP and CAM certification.
