Mr. Raby serves as a lease-up focused Regional Property Manager for newly developed Middleburg assets. In his role, Mr. Raby is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance of both multi- and single-family communities throughout the Southeast. In tandem with asset management, Mr. Raby works to develop budgets, study market trends, and ensure stabilization of assigned assets.
Mr. Raby has over 8 years of property management experience. In that time, he has successfully managed stabilized, lease-up, value add, and commercial assets to include a mix of garden, mid-, and high-rise. Mr. Raby is skilled in both takeovers and dispositions, and is well-versed in key Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia markets.
Mr. Raby holds his Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor credentials from the National Apartment Association and is a North Carolina Notary Public. Mr. Raby is an active member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, where he serves on the board of directors and as a volunteer instructor. He is also active in the Apartment Association of North Carolina and the National Apartment Association.
