As an Asset Management Analyst, Mr. Napoleone is responsible for evaluating portfolio performance, increasing bottom line cash flow, and ensuring compliance with business plans for Middleburg’s growing multifamily and single-family rental portfolio of Class A and value-add communities.
Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Napoleone worked for the Asset Management Group at PNC Bank where he supported the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust. In this role, Mr. Napoleone helped oversee the construction and operations of office, multifamily, and industrial buildings.
Mr. Napoleone earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Wake Forest University.
