In his role as Development Manager, Mr. Monaghan is responsible for the implementation of Multifamily projects from the earliest stages of site selection through completion. Working closely with other members of the Development Team, third party consultants and Construction Team, he manages planning, design, entitlements, schedules, and budgets.
He has over 25 years of Real Estate Development and Construction experience. Prior to joining Middleburg, he held various positions in the Development Industry, including Owner and Operator of Peritus Civil a Consulting Engineering Firm in St. Augustine Florida, Pre-Development Project Manager for the Vestcor Companies in Jacksonville, Florida, Construction Superintendent for a light Commercial Contractor and Construction Manager for The Michaels Companies, a privately held multifamily developer.
Mr. Monaghan is a 1994 graduate of The Citadel and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
