As the Senior Project Coordinator for Middleburg, Ms. Ovide is responsible for overseeing the Construction Contract Administration team and coordinating the complete administrative process for all projects through construction completion. Responsibilities include Subcontractor’s compliance with subcontract, PO requirements, monthly construction draws for Subcontractors, Vendors and Owner billing, while verifying cost information from all internal and external sources, maintaining all appropriate records in the project and financial management system.
Ms. Ovide brings 21 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Middleburg Construction, Ms. Ovide served multiple roles during her 11-year tenure with Wood Partners East Division as the Design Coordinator as well as a Pre-Construction Coordinator where she facilitated projects in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Prior to Wood Partners Ms. Ovide was the Contract Administrator for Beauchamp Construction, a general contracting firm located in Coral Gables, Florida.
