As Division Head of Middleburg Construction Mr. Brown is responsible for overseeing multifamily construction projects within the Florida market from beginning to end. Responsibilities include the oversight of Subcontractors, Staffing, Safety, Budgeting Scheduling quality control, safety, and project delivery.
Mr. Brown has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily, commercial industry. Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Brown held the position of Vice President of Construction at Epoch Residential and Trinsic Residential Group, delivering over 3,000 units in Florida alone, after relocating from New Jersey.
Mr. Brown has expertise in Wood Framed and Concrete, Wraps, Midrise and Garden Style Apartment projects.
Mr. Brown attended Kean University in New Jersey.
