As Director of PreConstruction Mr. Corona is responsible for budgeting and pricing from conceptual level through the GMP documents. Responsibilities include site analysis, building systems estimating, quantitative analysis, cost trending, risk assessment and subcontractor relations.
Mr. Corona has over 27 years in Estimating and PreConstruction experience in all facets of commercial and multi-family construction industries. Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Corona spent over 7 years as Director, Senior Director, and Managing Director of PreConstruction at Lennar Multi-Family Builders. During this time, he oversaw the estimating and preconstruction function for the Eastern U.S. region and eventually the National Platform supporting 14 offices from coast to coast. Mr. Corona has experience with Garden Style, Podium, Wrap, Mid-Rise and High-Rise Multi-Family projects.
Mr. Corona received his Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture from Woodbury University in Southern California.
