In her role as a Construction Administrator, Maria is responsible for coordinating all administrative requirements for various projects. Responsibilities include assisting subcontractors through their prequalification process, generating subcontracts, purchase orders, monthly construction draws for subcontractors and monitoring certificates of insurance. Maria also assists with the onboarding in our Florida office.
Maria has experience working in the property management industry. Prior to joining Middleburg Construction, she worked over 10 years with FirstService Residential. During her tenure with FSR she served as an accounts payable specialist and an administrative assistant.
Maria has an Associate Degree in Business Administration - Accounting from City College.
