As an Assistant Project Manager, Mr. Sloan is responsible for overseeing new multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include project personnel management, subcontract execution, scheduling, quality control, and budget control.
Mr. Sloan has over 13 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining Middleburg Construction, Mr. Sloan spent 6 years as a Superintendent and Senior Superintendent at Lennar Multifamily Builders and 6 years as an Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent at Paradigm/S.E. Foster. Mr. Sloan has experience with garden style, wraps, mid-rise podium, and high-rise concrete.
Mr. Sloan is a graduate of Penn State University.
