In his role, Mr. Zimmermann is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Project Management from project inception to completion. In particular, Mr. Zimmermann develops procedures and controls to maximize project transparency and minimize risk associated with the Development and Construction process.
Mr. Zimmermann has over 25 years of experience in Multi Family Construction in Central Florida and is very well known and respected throughout the industry. He has managed a variety of Multi Family projects through the years with great success.
Mr. Zimmermann attended San Diego State University in Southern California.
