As Project Manager of Construction, Mr. Alemi oversees Middleburg’s construction of multi-family and single-family communities from pre-construction to owner/operations turnover. Responsibilities include project personnel management, trade procurement, schedule and budget control.
Mr. Alemi has over 13 years of experience in real estate development and construction, overseeing projects in multi-family, healthcare, and senior living sectors. Prior to joining Middleburg Communities, Mr. Alemi worked as a Project Manager for local general contractors, a national senior living developer, and a private equity investments firm.
Mr. Alemi is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s Building Construction program, and received his Masters in Real Estate Development from George Mason University.
