In his role, Mr. Ghazi is responsible for conducting market research, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing insights and recommendations to improve the operational efficiency and performance of the company.
Before joining Middleburg, Mr. Ghazi spent 2 years at Tesla in their manufacturing division and has over five years of experience in project management and business intelligence. Prior to that Mr. Ghazi served 10 years with the US military in Afghanistan as a cultural advisor and interpreter.
Mr. Ghazi holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Khurasan University, where he graduated with honors. He also has certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
