As an analyst, Mr. Perez is responsible for supporting the capital markets team through underwriting acquisition and development opportunities and performing due diligence on deals progressing through the development cycle. He also assists the asset management team with investor reporting, tracking, and monitoring properties under management.
Mr. Perez joined Middleburg this year after interning at Mill Creek Residential where he assisted in underwriting Mid-Atlantic pursuit opportunities, conducting market research, and drafting investment committee and offering memos.
Mr. Perez graduated from University of Delaware where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He is currently enrolled in the University of Maryland’s Real Estate Development Master’s Program and is expected to graduate in the fall of 2022.
