As Vice President of Development, Mr. Farmartino is responsible for the planning and execution of single family for rent and convention multifamily developments. These responsibilities include site analysis and feasibility studies, project planning and scheduling, financial analysis, entitlements, and direct coordination with the various development team professionals.
Mr. Farmartino joins Middleburg Communities with over 6 years of experience providing civil engineering consulting services in Charlotte, NC where he specialized in the site design, permitting and construction administration for residential and commercial projects.
Mr. Farmartino received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a focus on land development and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of North Carolina. He has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute since 2014.
