Hannah Finlay

Hannah is responsible for coordinating the complete construction and administrative requirements of various projects and organizing them into the project management system. She utilizes information from the project managers to generate subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly bank draws. Hannah works to establish and monitor subcontractor’s compliance with subcontract and PO requirements, while verifying cost information from all internal and external sources, maintaining all appropriate records.

Hannah has experience working in multi-family housing. Before joining Middleburg, she began her career at Bell Partners Inc., where she worked as part of an On-Site management team in both Chapel Hill and Charlotte.

Hannah graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
