As Director of Project Development, Mr. Hendrickson is responsible for the planning and execution of all business development opportunities for Middleburg Construction. This involves the management, coordination, and support for the indirect investment team from pre-development through the start of construction.
Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Hendrickson was Senior Director of Development at Federal Realty, where he was responsible for planning, design, and construction management on multiple projects in Virginia and Maryland. Prior to joining Federal Realty, Mr. Hendrickson worked at Grosvenor, PN Hoffman, Balfour Beatty Construction and Clark Construction in development and construction project management roles.
Mr. Hendrickson graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Master of Science in Building Construction with continuing education at Georgetown and George Washington Universities.
