As Assistant Estimator of Construction, Ms. Hopkins provides necessary support to our estimating department. She assists our Estimators of Construction with creating project budgets and scopes of work, reviewing plan development, assessing subcontractor bids, and supporting Project Managers with all site development for new multifamily projects.
Prior to joining Middleburg, Ms. Hopkins grew up around the construction industry. Her family operates a grading company in Huntersville, NC. This is where her passion for construction started and gave her a desire to learn how to estimate projects.
Ms. Hopkins graduated from Central Piedmont Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Business Administration.
