In her role, Ms. Edelstein is responsible for all team member policies and practices including recruiting and retaining top talent, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and optimizing employee engagement.
Ms. Edelstein has over 20 years of experience in the field of HR. Before joining Middleburg, Ms. Edelstein led the Talent Management team at US Fitness Holdings, LLC, where she oversaw training and onboarding, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Ms. Edelstein has also held senior HR leadership positions with Sunrise Senior Living, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Strayer University, and the Investor Responsibility Research Center.
Ms. Edelstein is a lifelong learner and holds numerous certifications in the human resources and leadership development fields. Ms. Edelstein received her Master of Science degree from Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University.
