As an Analyst on the Indirect Investment Team, Mr. McGinley is responsible for underwriting new Co-GP and Preferred Equity investment opportunities, assisting in asset due diligence, and supporting the capital markets team. Mr. McGinley initially joined Middleburg as an Investment Intern prior to graduating from Dartmouth College. He also interned with Focus Acquisition Partners—a private equity mergers & acquisitions advisor.
Mr. McGinley received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Dartmouth College. While at school, he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team and participated in the Dartmouth Real Estate Club and the Tuck School of Business Bridge Program.
