In his role, Pablo is responsible for optimizing and monitoring portfolio performance, increasing bottom line cash flow, and ensuring compliance with business plans for Middleburg’s growing multifamily and single-family rental portfolio of Class A and value-add communities.
Prior to joining Middleburg, Pablo spent five years with Walker & Dunlop’s Asset Management team and later their multifamily Investment Sales group. In his latest role, Pablo was part of the Boston multifamily team, which surpassed $700 million in multifamily sales volume during his tenure. Most recently, Pablo was an Asset Manager at Wells Fargo, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of risk management and compliance for an assigned portfolio of over $6 billion in CMBS securitizations and Freddie Mac multifamily loans.
Pablo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business, and a minor in French from the University of Maryland.
