In his role, Mr. Canfield is responsible for managing all aspects of the planning and execution of multifamily and single family for rent development opportunities. These responsibilities include site feasibility and analysis, due diligence, land planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial analysis, design, entitlements and permitting, financing support, and direct coordination with various design and development team professionals.
Mr. Canfield brings over 9 years of development experience to Middleburg Communities, most recently at Crescent Communities where he was responsible for the planning and execution of multifamily developments throughout Florida.
Mr. Canfield graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Specialization in Real Estate. He is a member of the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP.
