As an analyst, Mr. Ergenbright is responsible for supporting the capital markets team through underwriting acquisition and development opportunities and performing due diligence on deals progressing through the development cycle. He also assists the asset management team with investor reporting, tracking, and monitoring properties under management.
Mr. Ergenbright joined Middleburg this year after graduating from Dartmouth College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Government Modified with Economics and Philosophy. He was also involved with the Dartmouth Real Estate Club, participated in the Tuck Bridge Business Program, and a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team. Prior to Dartmouth, Mr. Ergenbright held a variety of experiences from Investment Banking, SAAS, and Venture Capital.
