As Project Manager of Construction, Mr. Kerns is responsible for overseeing new multi-family and single-family construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include Subcontract execution, budget management, scheduling, quality control, and project personnel management.
Mr. Kerns has over 10 years of construction experience in the single-family, commercial, and multi-family industry. Prior to joining Middleburg Construction, Mr. Kerns worked as a project manager overseeing garden style, walk up, mid-rise podium, and commercial construction projects.
Mr. Kerns is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
