In his role, Mr. Connolly is responsible for researching, sourcing, and underwriting new development opportunities for Middleburg Communities. Mr. Connolly’s responsibilities include analysis, preparing site selection materials, market research, and providing support to all members of the team throughout the acquisition cycle.
Before joining Middleburg Communities, Mr. Connolly was an Investment Analyst at Conrex Property Management where he specialized in 1x1 housing acquisition and development, financial modeling, and market research.
Mr. Connolly graduated from The University of Massachusetts Amherst where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a minor in Economics. He went on to earn a master’s degree in Business Data Analytics also from UMass. He participated on the Men’s Lacrosse team and was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
