As the Director of Construction Operations for Middleburg, Mr. Gallagher is responsible for the strategic direction and risk management for all construction projects throughout the Middleburg portfolio.
Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Gallagher was Vice President of Construction at Grosvenor, where he oversaw the company’s North American construction activities and was responsible for the planning, strategizing, and financial management of all the company's construction operations. Prior to joining Grosvenor, Mr. Gallagher worked at Balfour Beatty Construction as a Project Manager where he was responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for multiple construction projects.
Mr. Gallagher attended the University of Virginia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
