Ms. Wirawati is a tenured accounting and real estate professional with over 13 years of experience in real estate accounting and serves as the company’s Controller, responsible for the accounting, tax, and finance functions of Middleburg Communities.
Prior to joining the team in 2007, Ms. Wirawati was a Senior Accountant for Sunrise Senior Living, a publicly listed senior housing company, and a Senior Accountant for Kettler, a regional apartment development and management company.
Ms. Wirawati has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho and is a Certified Public Accountant.
