In his role, Mr. Paolozzi is responsible for researching, sourcing, and underwriting new development opportunities for Middleburg Communities. Mr. Paolozzi’s responsibilities include analysis, preparing site selection materials, market research, and providing support to all members of the team throughout the acquisition cycle.
Before joining Middleburg Communities full time, Mr. Paolozzi was a Site Acquisitions Intern during the Summer of 2023. In his role, Mr. Paolozzi’s responsibilities included researching and analyzing potential new development opportunities.
Mr. Paolozzi graduated from James Madison University’s College of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in accounting.
