In his role, Mr. Bolton is responsible for the planning and execution of single family for rent and convention multifamily developments. These responsibilities include site analysis and feasibility studies, project planning and scheduling, financial analysis, entitlements, and direct coordination with the various development team professionals.
Mr. Bolton brings over 12 years of residential development and construction experience to Middleburg Communities, most recently as a Land Entitlement Manager for a large regional homebuilder in Virginia. He has extensive experience in the development and construction of condominium, townhome, and single family housing projects in the mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. Bolton received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and completed a masters degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. He has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute since 2015.
