As Senior Project Manager of Construction, Mr. Cressman is responsible for overseeing new multifamily and single family for rent projects from preconstruction to certificate of occupancy. Key responsibilities include staff management, negotiation and execution of subcontracts, owner/architect relations, scheduling and quality control.
Mr. Cressman has over 30 years in the construction industry, with 18 years of that within the multifamily industry. Before joining Middleburg, Mr. Cressman spent 5 years as Senior Director of Construction. Mr. Cressman has experience with garden style apartments, high density wrap apartment buildings, mid-rise podium apartments, as well as mid-rise steel and concrete office building construction.
Mr. Cressman is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
